摘要:
目的 探讨癫痫患者血浆谷氨酸(glutamic acid,Glu)、天冬氨酸(aspartic acid,Asp)、甘氨酸(glycine ,Gly)及γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid ,GABA)水平与智力缺损程度的关系。方法 选取2018年8月~2019年11月广西脑科医院神经内科就诊的癫痫患者82例为研究组,采用超高效液相-串联质谱法测定癫痫组及对照组血浆Glu,Asp,Gly和GABA浓度;采用韦氏智力量表(WAIS-RC)测量癫痫组及对照组智商(FIQ);同期健康体检者30例作为对照组。结果 癫痫组血浆Glu,Asp水平(38.00±2.26,10.01±1.76 ng/ml)高于对照组(9.10±1.48,2.53±1.17 ng/ml),差异有统计学意义 (t=64.916,21.502,均 P<0.001);癫痫组血浆Gly,GABA水平(45±3.18,27.00±3.49 ng/ml)低于对照组(63.00±4.31,54.00±2.72 ng/ml),差异有统计学意义 (t=23.891,38.206,均 P<0.001)。癫痫组FIQ分值(64.43±15.72)低于对照组(101.50±18.40),差异有统计学意义 (t=8.557,P<0.001)。癫痫组FIQ分值与血浆Glu,Asp水平呈正相关(r=0.879,0.724,均P<0.01),与Gly,GABA水平呈负相关(r=-0.775,-0.459,均P<0.01)。结论 癫痫患者血浆Glu,Asp,Gly和GABA水平与其智力缺损的严重程度相关,可能是癫痫患者智力缺损程度的潜在标志物。
