摘要:
目的 评价低红细胞平均体积(MCV)对PLT计数的影响,为实验室制定PLT复检规则提供依据。方法 随机收集2017年3~8月期间的466例门诊检测血细胞计数及五分类患者EDTA抗凝血标本,检验结果分为三组:A组MCV≤65fl,B组65fl<MCV≤70fl,C组70fl<MCV≤75fl。采用SYSMEX-XN9000血细胞分析仪分别进行电阻抗法(PLT-I)和荧光核酸染色法(PLT-F)血小板计数,将两种方法检测的血小板计数结果进行统计分析。结果 A组PLT-I值=(322.8±109.1)×109/L,PLT-F值=(282.60±100.5)×109/L,二者之间差异有统计学意义(t=6.799,P<0.05); B组PLT-I值=(305.7±111.7)×109/L,PLT-F值=(304.8±112.3)×109/L; C组 PLT-I值=(292.2±84.4)×109/L,PLT-F值=(291.6±84.4)×109/L。结论 当存在小红细胞或红细胞碎片的情况下,即低MCV≤65fl时,电阻抗法(PLT-I)检测PLT结果,会引起PLT计数的假性增高。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the influence of the meancorpuscular volume(MCV)in different ranges on PLT counts,provide the theoretical basis for making PLT counts review rules in laboratory.MethodsFrom March 2016 to August 2016 in Xijing Hospital department of outpatient who perform complete blood cell count were randomly divided into 3 groups,MCV≤65 fl in A group,65 fl<MCV≤70 fl in B group and 70 fl<MCV≤75 fl in Cgroup.The reference method(Coulter principle)compared with the fluorescence method,accuracy analysis of different monitoring methods of counting PLT.Results PLT-I and PLT-F count values in A group was(322.8±109.1)×109/L and(282.60±100.5)×109/L respectively,and there was significant differences between the two groups(t=6.799,P<0.05).In B group,the count values was(305.7±111.7)×109/L and(304.8±112.3)×109/L respectively,and there was no differences between two groups.In C group,thecount values was(292.2±84.4)×109/L and(291.6±84.4)×109/L respectively,and there was nodifferences between two groups neither.Conclusion Whensmall red blood cells or blood cell debris present in blood circulation,MCV≤65fl,the reference testing(Coulter principle)of platelets causes a false increase in platelet count.
