摘要:
目的 研究肺癌患者在化疗前后的血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、铁蛋白(Ferritin)、血浆D-二聚体(D-D)的水平变化,评估其对于判断肺癌患者化疗效果的应用价值。方法 选择2011年9月～2014年9月确诊的120例肺癌患者,根据WHO制定的实体瘤疗效评价标准进行疗效判定。另选120例健康体检者作为对照组,分别检测肺癌组和对照组的血清CEA,Ferritin和血浆D-D的含量,分析肺癌化疗前后及不同化疗疗效分期患者的结果变化规律。结果 肺癌患者化疗前血清CEA,Ferritin和血浆D-D的含量均明显高于化疗后和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.123～14.224,P＜0.05); 疗效为完全缓解(CR)期的肺癌患者血清CEA,Ferritin和血浆D-D含量低于部分缓解(PR)期、稳定(SD)期 和进展(PD)期,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.230～12.336,P＜0.05)。结论 检测肺癌患者化疗前后的血清CEA,Ferritin和血浆D-D等项目有一定的临床价值,其水平变化可以作为肺癌化疗疗效的参考指标。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate changes in the level of serum CEA,Ferritin and plasma D-D of the lung cancer patients suffering before and after the chemotherapy,and evaluate its application value in judging the curative effect of chemotherapy on the lung cancer patients.Methods Chose 120 lung cancer patients diagnosed from September 2011 to September 2014,and determined the curative effect in accordance with the standard for evaluating the curative effect of solid tumors set down by WHO.Chose another group of 120 healthy physical examinees as its control group.Tested the contents of serum CEA,Ferritin and plasma D-D of both groups respectively and analyzed the rules of change in the results of the patients before and after chemotherapy and in different chemotherapeutic effect stages.Results The contents of serum CEA,Ferritin and plasma D-D of the lung cancer patients were obviously higher than those of such patients after chemotherapy andthose of the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance(t=4.123～14.224,P＜0.05).The contents of serum CEA,Ferritin and plasma D-D of the patient at complete remission(CR)stage were lower than those at partial remission(PR)stage,stable disease(SD)stage and progress disease(PD)stage,and the difference was of statistical significance(t=4.230～12.336,P＜0.05).Conclusion The test on the serum CEA,Ferritinand plasma D-D of the lung cancer patients before and after chemotherapy is ofcertain clinical value and the change in their content levels can be taken as areference index for the chemotherapeutic effect of lung cancer patients.
