摘要:
目的探讨脑梗死与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血浆叶酸(Fa)、维生素B12(VitB12)水平的相关性。方法选择2012年10月～2014年10月在延安大学附属医院就诊的脑梗死患者181例和同期健康体检人员60例，采用循环酶法检测其血清中的Hcy浓度，同时采用电化学发光法检测其血清中的Fa和VitB12浓度，并对两组结果进行比较分析。结果脑梗死患者组Hcy，Fa和VitB12浓度分别为28.42±7.69，6.97±3.12和326.41±128.53 μg/ml；健康对照组Hcy，Fa和VitB12浓度分别为12.23±3.87，12.66±5.89和449.75±196.34 μg/ml；脑梗死患者组Hcy，Fa和VitB12浓度低于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义(t=15.64，P＜0.01；t=9.58，P＜0.01；t=5.57，P＜0.01)。男性脑梗死患者Hcy，Fa和VitB12水平分别为31.46±6.06，6.37±3.01和327.66±129.63 μg/ml；女性脑梗死患者Hcy，Fa和VitB12水平分别为23.12±7.05，8.02±3.49和24.23±133.47 μg/ml。脑梗死患者中男女Hcy和Fa水平存在差异(t=8.39，P＜0.01；t=3.29，P＜0.01)，VitB12水平接近，差异无统计学意义(t=0.17，P＞0.05)。结论脑梗死的发生与高同型半胱氨酸和低血浆Fa，VitB12有密切的相关性。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship among cerebral infarction and the level of homocysteine (HCY)，plasma folic acid (Fa) and vitamin B12 (Vit B12)．MethodsChose 181 cases of cerebral infarction patients and 60 healthy controls at the same time in October 2012 to October 2014 in Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University．Circle enzyme method was performed to determine the concentration of Hcy in their serum．Meanwhile electrochemilu minescene immunoassay was performed to determine the concentration of Fa and VitB12 in their Serum．The result was compared between two groups．ResultsThe concentrations of Hcy，Fa and VitB12 in cerebral infarction patients were 28.42±7.69，6.97±3.12 and 326.41±128.53 μg/ml；Their concentrations in the healthy controls were 12.23±3.87，12.66±5.89 and 449.75±196.34 μg/ml；The concentrations of Hcy，Fa and VitB12 in cerebral infarction patients was lower than the healthy controls and the difference was statistically significant (t=15.64，P＜0.01；t=0.58，P＜0.01；t=5.57，P＜0.01)．The concentrations of Hcy，Fa and VitB12 in female cerebral infarction patients were 31.46±6.06，6.37±3.01 and 327.66±129.63 μg/ml．Their concentrations in malecerebral infarction patients were 23.12±7.05，8.02±3.49 and 24.23±133.47 μg/ml．There was significant difference of Hcy，Fa level between men and women in cerebral infarction patients (t=8.39，P＜0.01；t=3.29，P＜0.01)．The VitB12 level between men and women in cerebral infarction patients was similar and there was no statistically significant difference (t=0.17，P＞0.05)．ConclusionThere were close connections between cerebral infarction and high homocysteine，low plasma Fa and low VitB12．
