摘要:
目的分析肺癌患者的红细胞分布宽度(RDW)结果，探讨RDW对肺癌预后的关系。方法回顾性收集2011年1月~2012年1月的肺癌患者211例，根据2009年国际抗癌联盟(UICC)肺癌分期标准分为Ⅰ~Ⅳ期，按照RDW水平分为高RDW组和低RDW组，另选211例健康人群作为对照组。采用Beckman-Coulter LH750血细胞分析仪检测RDW，分析各组患者的RDW结果，并统计三年后的死亡率。结果肺癌患者的RDW(16.2%±2.8% )明显高于对照组(11.8%±2.0%)，差异具有统计学意义(t=3.625，P<0.05)；Ⅲ期，Ⅳ期肺癌患者的RDW(14.7%±1.5%，16.5%±1.6%)显著高于Ⅰ期，Ⅱ期(12.4%±1.9%，12.6%±1.8%)，差异具有统计学意义(t=4.620~12.938，P<0.05)；高RDW组死亡率(56.36%)明显高于低RDW组(34.61%)，差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.916，P<0.05)。结论RDW水平与肺癌患者的预后密切相关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the results of the red blood cell distribution width (RDW) of the patients and investigate the relationship between RDW to prognosis of lung cancer．Methods211 patients with lung cancer from January 2011 to January 2012 were collected retrospectively．They were divided into PhaseⅠ~Ⅳ according to the Lung Cancer Staging Criteria issued by Union for International Cancer Control in 2009 and divided into High RDW group and low RDW group according to the level of RDW，211 cases of healthy physicial examination as normal control group．Then tested RDW with the hematology analyzer Beckman Coulter - RDW LH750，analysed each group RDW results of patients and calculated the mortality rate after 3 years．ResultsThe RDW of the patients with lung cancer (16.2%±2.8%) was obviously higher than that of the control group (11.8%±2.0%) and the difference was of statistical significance (t=3.625，P<0.05)．The RDW of the patients with lung cancer in Phase Ⅲ and Ⅳ (14.7%±1.5%，16.5%±1.6%) was obviously higher than that of those in Phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ (12.4%±1.9%，12.6%±1.8%) and the difference was of statistical significance (t=4.620~12.938，P<0.05).The mortality rate of the high RDW group (56.36%) was obviously higher than that of the low RDW group (34.61%) and the difference was of statistical significance (χ2=6.916，P<0.05)．ConclusionRDW level was closely related to the prognosis of the patients with lung cancer．
