摘要:
目的 通过胶体金法和化学发光法检测血清中的新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)特异性总抗体,对两种方法的敏感度和特异度等进行初步的比较和评价。方法 本研究采用回顾性研究方法,收集2020 年2 月5 日~ 25 日在襄阳市第一人民医院就诊的门诊和住院患者病例119 例,根据《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第六版)》标准分为确诊病例组28 例,疑似病例组53 例,健康对照组38 例。采用胶体金试剂盒和全自动化学发光分析仪对所有研究对象进行2019-nCoV 特异性总抗体检测,计算诊断特异度和敏感度。采用χ2 检验对疑似病例组检测结果差异进行统计学分析。结果 化学发光法的诊断特异度为100%(38/38),高于胶体金法的97.4%(37/38),两种方法敏感度都为100%(28/28);对疑似病例组的检测两种方法无显著性差异(χ2=0.78,P>0.05),胶体金法弱阳性结果较多,值得探讨。结论 两种测定2019-nCoV 特异性总抗体的方法敏感度和特异度都很高,对疑似病例的诊断无显著性差异,均可作为新型冠状病毒感染的有效筛查和诊断指标。
