摘要:
目的 探讨三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体A1(ATP binding cassette subfamily A member 1, ABCA1)基因多态性与血清脂肪酸结合蛋白3(fatty acid binding proteins 3, FABP3)联合检测在评估冠心病患者多支血管病变中的预测价值。方法 选取2018年11 月~2019 年11 月期间在北京大学深圳医院心内科住院治疗的237 例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者作为研究对象,根据冠状动脉造影结果将其分为单支病变组101 例和多支病变组136 例,采用PCR 方法检测患者ABCA1 基因相应片段的多态性,采用单因素及多因素logistic 回归分析筛选其独立危险因素,通过ROC 曲线分析ABCA1 基因多态性和FABP3 对多支血管病变的预测价值。结果 单因素分析发现,多支病变组患者血清FABP3 水平高于单支病变组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而多支病变组患者ABCA1 基因rs363717 位点G 的突变频率低于单支病变组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic 回归分析提示血清FABP3 水平及ABCA1 基因rs363717 位点的A 等位基因是冠心病的独立危险因素。结论 ABCA1 基因rs363717 位点检测联合血清FABP3 对冠状动脉多支血管病变具有较高的阳性预测价值,多支血管病变与rs363717 位点多态性及血清FABP3 水平密切相关。
