摘要:
目的 比较同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、脂类等与后循环缺血的关系,探讨其水平在后循环缺血疾病的临床意义。方法 对140例临床诊断为后循环缺血患者和正常健康对照组,清晨空腹采集静脉血样,测定HCY,HbA1c,总胆固醇(TC),三酰甘油(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,比较受试组和对照组的差异。结果 经两独立样本t检验,后循环缺血患者HCY和HbA1c均明显高于对照组(P<0.001); HDL-C则明显低于对照组(P=0.001),差异有统计学意义,其余脂类指标与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义。Spearman秩相关分析显示受试者年龄与HCY水平(P<0.001)呈显著正相关,和TG水平(P=0.013)呈显著负相关; HCY与TG水平(P=0.028)呈显著负相关; HbA1c与TG水平(P=0.001)和LDL-C水平(P=0.027)呈显著正相关。结论 HCY和HbA1c水平升高与后循环缺血密切相关,提示了应高度重视HCY和HbA1c对于有效防治后循环缺血疾病以及改善其预后有重要的意义。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship betweenhomocysteine(HCY),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),lipids and posterior circulation ischemia and the clinical significance of their levels in the posterior circulation ischemic(PCI)diseases.Methods Difference between PCI were diagnosed in 140 examinees and a healthy control group,with fastingserum,HCY,HbA1c,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were detected.Results HCY and HbA1c were significantly higher,HDL-C was significantly lower in the patients with PCI,two independent sample t-test showed a significant difference between the test group and control group(P<0.001 and P=0.001),the remaining lipid indicators was not statistically significant.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that HCYlevels had significant positive correlation(P<0.001)and TG levels had significant negative correlation(P=0.013)with the subjects age,HCY levelshad significant negative correlation with TG levels(P=0.028),HbA1c levelshad significant positive correlation with TG levels and LDL-C levels(P=0.001 and P=0.027).Conclusion High levels of HCY andHbA1c were closely associated with PCI,which HCY and HbA1c should be attached great importance to the effective prevention and treatment and improve of PCI.
