摘要:
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种以对称 性多关节炎为特征的慢性、进行性、侵袭性风湿免疫病。RA不仅自身免疫系统功能紊乱,也 涉及心、肺、肾、神经和血管等多个系统,不同程度地影响着患者的健康和生活质量。该文 探讨了RA免疫学发病机制研究的最新进展,以加深人们对疾病的认识,为RA的基础研究和临 床治疗提供讨论的依据与新的方向。
Abstract:
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic,progress ive,invasive rheumatic immune disease characterized by symmetrical polyarthriti s.RA not only has autonomic immune system dysfunction,but also involves multip le systems,such as heart,lung,kidney,nerve and blood vessels,which affect t he health and quality of life of patients.This article discusses the new progre ss of immunology research on the pathogenesis of RA,in order to deepen the unde rstanding of the disease,and to provide the basis and new direction for basic r esearch and clinical treatment of RA.
