摘要:
外泌体是一种直径介于40~100 nm之间的膜性囊泡,由活体细胞分泌产生,广泛存在于人体各种体液中,富含多种蛋白质和RNA,是细胞间传递生物信息的重要载体,在生理调节和病理发展中都发挥重要作用,是近年来研究的热点。为更深入研究外泌体生物学作用机制,提取高质量的外泌体是首要步骤,基于此,笔者就外泌体的各种提取方法及其优缺点以及鉴定和保存方法的研究进展作如下综述,希望此文能为研究者们提供一些参考,为后续研究打好基础。
Abstract:
Exosomes are 40~100nm round membrane vesicles secreted by almost all living cells,widely exists in various body fluids of thehuman body.The protein and RNA in exosome made it an important carrier of biological information transmission between cells,which play important role in regulation of physiological and pathological processes,so exosome became research hotspot in recent years.But the isolation of high quality exosomes is the basis step,so the research progress of isolation,identification and preservation methods of exosomes and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized as follows.It is hoped that this article can provide some references for researchers andlay a good fo undation for follow-up studies.
