摘要:
目的分析活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清白介素-27(I L-27)水平及外周血血小板/淋巴细胞比率(PLR)与疾病活动度的相关性，探讨IL-27与PLR 在RA病情活动度评估中的价值。方法收集2017年10月~2018年10月 风湿免疫科确诊的96例活动期RA患者，依据DAS28评分分为高度活动组32例、中度活动组34 例、轻度活动组30例，同期选择在该院体检的健康者30例作为对照组，两组都采用酶联免疫 吸附实验(ELISA)检测血清IL-27水平，免疫比浊法检测RA患者类风湿因子(RF)和超敏C反应 蛋白(hs-CRP)，化学发光法检测RA患者抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体，魏氏法检测RA患者红细胞 沉降率(ESR)，分析RA患者血细胞检测并计算PLR。结果RA患者血清 IL-27水平，PLR值(17.74±8.58 pg/ml，165.50±39.26)显著高于对照组(5.70±1. 43 pg/ml，101.49±18.80)，差异有统计学意义( t=9.802~10.665，均P <0.01)， 且活动度越高，IL-27，PLR水平越高( P <0.05)。活动期RA患者血清IL-27水平、PLR 值均与ESR，hs-CRP呈显著正相关( r2=0.220 0~0.522 5，均P <0.01)。RA患者血 清IL-27水平与PLR呈显著正相关( r2=0.208 8，P =0.000 1)。结论 RA患者血清IL-27水平与PLR联合检测对RA病情活动度评估具有潜在价值。
