摘要:
目的 探讨首次入院精神分裂症患者血清降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)表达水平与简明精神病量表(briefpsychiatric rating scale,BPRS)值及临床症状的相关性。方法 采用病例- 对照的研究方法。选取2016 年首次入住扬州大学附属江苏省扬州五台山医院的68 例精神分裂症患者作为病例组,并收集同期的68 例健康体检人群作为对照组。采用胶乳免疫比浊法检测两组人群血清PCT 表达水平,使用BPRS 量表对病例组患者临床症状进行评定。结果 病例组血清PCT 表达水平为0.26±0.17ng/ml, 对照组为0.20±0.08ng/ml,与对照组相比,病例组血清PCT 表达水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.268, P=0.027)。采用Pearson 相关分析分析后发现病例组患者血清PCT 表达水平与BPRS 量表值及各临床症状的相关性差异均无统计学意义(r=-0.164,-0.204,0.057,-0.079, -0.104 和-0.004, 均P>0.05)。结论 血清PCT 表达水平的上调可能与精神分裂症疾病有关,可能参与了精神分裂症的发生发展过程,有成为精神分裂症疾病生物学标志物的潜在可能性。
