摘要:
目的 分析四川绵阳地区慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)患者继发2 型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的发病率及独立危险因素。方法 选取2018 年1 月~ 2019 年8 月于绵阳市第三人民医院确诊的CHC 患者292 例,其中继发糖IGT 42 例,继发T2DM 68 例,单纯CHC 182 例。受试者基本信息(性别、年龄、民族、BMI,吸烟史、饮酒史、糖尿病家族史、是否并发高血压)以及相关生化指标(ALT, AST, GGT, ALB, TG 和TC),通过单因素方差分析和非条件 logistic 回归多因素分析进行研究。结果 绵阳地区CHC 患者继发T2DM 的发病率为26.03%。单因素方差分析显示ALT, AST, GGT 和TG 组间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.278 ~ 9.869,均P <0.05),logistic 回归分析显示TG 差异具有统计学意义(OR=32.090,P=0.020)。结论 TG 是CHC 患者继发T2DM 独立危险因素。
