摘要:
目的 食管癌(esophageal cancer, EC)组织中lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性研究。方法 选取2017年6月~2019年5月宝鸡市人民医院收集的246例EC患者的肿瘤组织及相应的癌旁正常组织为研究对象。通过实时荧光定量PCR法检测lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1的相对表达量,分析lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1表达水平与EC患者临床病理特征间的关系,采用K-M法绘制EC患者生存曲线,用log-rank检验lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1表达水平与患者总体生存率(overall survival,OS)的关系。结果 lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1在EC肿瘤组织中的相对表达量高于相应癌旁正常组织(0.008 9±0.020 3 vs 0.004 9±0.010 4,P=0.000 8)。lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1表达水平与EC患者饮酒史(χ2=25.07,P<0.001)、家族肿瘤史(χ2=4.73,P=0.047)、BMI指数(χ2=16.94,P<0.001)、临床分期(χ2=33.39,P<0.001)、是否原位癌(χ2=11.97,P=0.001)、是否淋巴结转移(χ2=19.01,P<0.001)、是否远端转移(χ2=16.65,P<0.001)和肿瘤类型(χ2=9.17,P=0.010)显著相关。lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1高表达组患者的OS低于lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1低表达组(χ2=20.93,P<0.001)。结论 lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1在EC肿瘤组织中高表达,lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1高表达患者OS较低。
